Paid plans are billed through Stripe, monthly or annually, and can be cancelled from your account page. Pages are counted per billing cycle and reset when it renews; a scan is trimmed to the pages you have left rather than refused outright. A single scan runs for up to 4 hours, so a very large site is covered across several scans, and you are only charged for the pages a scan actually analyses.
